Tri-County YMCA of NY

The Tri-County YMCA of NY brings programs for individuals and families to three counties in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes region.  Founded as the Hornell Area Family YMCA in 1883 to serve railroad employees, today the Y's 3 branches (Hornell, Dansville, and a Y without walls in Bath) provide fitness and recreation programs, licensed daycare and after-school childcare, aquatics, arts, and more to our communities.  

Your donation to Tri-NY helps us bring great programs to our community, including:

• Special Olympics Young Athletes - so every child can participate
• Rock Steady Boxing - fitness and support for people with Parkinson's Disease to lead more active lives
• Safety Around Water - the Y's free drowning prevention program so all families can enjoy safer swimming and boating
• Music, My Grownup, & Me! - free monthly toddler music class at the Dormann Library in Bath
• Licensed school-age childcare sites in Alfred-Almond, Arkport, Avoca, Bath, Canaseraga, Canisteo-Greenwood, Hornell, Wayland-Cohocton, and Whitesville
• Licensed daycare sites in Bath and Whitesville
• Swim lessons - available in Dansville and Hornell so all kids learn to swim
