Catholic Charities of Chemung/Schuyler

Catholic Charities Chemung & Schuyler is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing poverty, promoting wellness, and strengthening our community through compassionate, person-centered services. Through our Care Management Program, we help individuals with chronic health conditions, serious mental illness, HIV/AIDS, and children with complex needs access healthcare, behavioral health services, housing resources, and other essential supports.

During FLX Gives 2026, we are raising funds to expand the impact of Care Management and help more vulnerable community members overcome barriers to care. Your donation supports care coordination, health advocacy, connections to critical services, and individualized support that empowers people to achieve better health, greater independence, and improved quality of life. Together, we can ensure our neighbors receive the care and resources they need to thrive.
