Corning-Painted Post Band Boosters

The mission of the Corning-Painted Post Music Department is to empower students through active participation in a variety of musical experiences that develop knowledge, skills and appreciation of music, to become independent, life-long musicians, informed consumers, active patrons and advocates for music.

For the last 10 years the CPP Band program has carried the high standards that were passed on from the East High and West High programs. There are over 13 performing groups that deliver amazing opportunities for personal development and growth with thorough instruction, performances, state and national level competitions, and extracurricular travel opportunities.

The Band Boosters support all facets of the band program with marketing, promotion, volunteers and monetary resources. Students are encouraged to participate in a number of fundraisers to support costumes, trips, clinics, etc... While the School Board has provided significant support over the years, and continues to generously support the band program, there are still instruments that need repair & replacement to provide a better quality experience for the students.  The band boosters also support scholarships to ensure each students is offered the opportunities to participate in band travel.  Please support us as we continue to support over 200 students per year!
