Habitat for Humanity - Steuben County

Over the last year, we were able to help two families realize the dream of homeownership. We are also excited to be coming to completion on our next project in the town of Corning! 

We have also begun to strengthen our Critical Repair program. We started our Ramp Building Program and have built 4 ramps already with more on the way! We have done 6 Critical repairs in the last year. The need is great in our area; we have over 30 people on our waiting list, with more inquiries coming in weekly.

Who are We 

Habitat for Humanity is a global housing organization that has grown to become a leading nonprofit working in nearly 1,400 communities throughout the U.S. and in nearly 70 countries. 

Steuben County Habitat for Humanity has built or repaired over 40 homes for families since its inception in 1993. In the past 5 years, we have also helped 15 area veterans make critical repairs on their homes. 

We are currently working to finish two homes in the City of Corning. Your donations today will help us complete these homes and help two single mothers in our community realize the dream of home ownership!
