As we approach the centennial anniversary of our beloved library building, built in 1924, we invite you to join us in celebrating this milestone by investing in the future of our community's youngest readers. After 100 years, it's time to breathe new life into our library, making it a space where imagination and learning flourish for the next generation.
The original library was built with the vision of a place where knowledge, community, and culture could thrive. Now, in 2024, we aim to honor that legacy by creating a safe, accessible, and inspiring environment specifically tailored to our youngest patrons. Our goal is to update the area with child-friendly furniture, vibrant reading nooks, and an ADA-accessible, interactive tree that will captivate young imaginations and provide a whimsical puppet theater for everyone to enjoy. These renovations will not only make our library more welcoming for children but also ensure that we’re fostering a love of reading and learning for generations to come.
But we can’t do it alone. This project is made possible through the generous support of community members like you. Your donation, no matter the size, will directly contribute to this exciting transformation. By donating, you’re helping us write the next chapter in our library’s history—a chapter filled with laughter, discovery, and endless adventures for our community's children.
With your support, we can make this magical, inclusive space a reality. A donation today will directly support the creation of this ADA-accessible, interactive tree, along with updates to the children’s area. Join us in celebrating 100 years of our library building by investing in a future where every child in our community has a place to explore, play, and grow. Please consider donating today—your gift will make a lasting impact on our library’s next century!
