Getting Started
1. Register to participate
Organizations are required to register to participate in FLX Gives. Visit the registration page between June 9th and November 3rd to register. After completing the brief registration form, your organization will be placed in a pending status as the FLX Gives team determines your eligibility.
If you have participated in FLX Gives in previous years, your data will carry over into our new platform.
2. Access your organization page
Click Log In at the top right of the flxgives.org website to log in to your admin account. Log in with your email. Click your user icon at the top right to show a dropdown menu. Click your organization name. This will bring you to your organization overview page.
3. Customize your campaign
From your admin account, tailor your organization page by adding details about your fundraising campaign and how donations will make a difference to your organization! Add images and stories and create matches and challenges for a fun, engaging FLX Gives. Download the Official FLX Gives Logo to add to all your marketing materials!
4. Share your organization page
Head to your organization page on FLX Gives. Once on your page, copy the URL link in your browser. Share this link with your supporters to bring them to your organization page. From here, supporters can read more about your organization, donate, or set up a peer-to-peer fundraising page. Use this link when FLX Gives begins to encourage your supporters to donate to your campaign.

Sample Email Messages
Using email to start and grow relationships is easy for nonprofits. It is an inexpensive way to reach out to your supporters on a regular basis with informative and inspiring messages. Doing this can help your organization build an engaged community that helps to promote your mission, fundraising, and special events.
Subject: Help Us Make History During FLX Gives!
[Salutation],
Have you dreamed of making history? Of course, we all have. And now we have a chance to be a part of our community's day of giving - an opportunity to unite our community around causes in which we truly believe and help nonprofit organizations connect to the larger community.
We need your help! Please join our campaign and help us reach our goal of $xxxx and xxx donors! We need you to tell your friends and family members about the important work we do and ask them to join us in helping to make a difference.
Get ready to give! On November [xx], visit flxgives.org and make a donation to us and/or to any of the great participating nonprofit organizations in your community. Giving is open for 24 hours only! The giving window closes at 6:00pm on November [xx], so make sure to get your gift in on time!
