The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes has supported and empowered a vibrant local arts scene for over 50 years! The work that we do evolves with the needs of the community. In the last year:
- Our recently renovated gallery space has welcomed over 500 people to over 15 exhibitions and arts programs.
- Over $400,000 in grants will be distributed across five counties this year - an amount surpassing funding awarded in any of our previous 50-year history.
- The ARTS Council's Summer Youth Art Program doubled this year, serving 300 students, while providing opportunities for 12 teaching artists.
- We take pride in tackling issues head-on. In June we, presented A Queer Perspective, a public reading featuring works by local LGBTQ+ writers and theater enthusiasts.
These opportunities - and more - are made possible with support from community members like you!
